Dear Skype (A Break-Up Letter) – As Global Adoption Lead for Microsoft Teams at Accenture, this post was one of the most popular. I mimicked a “Dear John break up letter.” The response was incredibly positive.

Hold On to Each Other is a piece I published when I led a recognition initiative with the internal IT organization at Accenture. Its purpose was to help people feel better during the initial uncertainty of the pandemic and remind them to use our recognition tools to help morale.
